I ordered one projector mount for my new house where I am building a media room. I was a little skeptical because the price seemed to good to be true. Just after I placed my order, I received an email with the UPS tracking number, and the item arrived within the same week. The quality of the mount was greater than expected, however it did not fit my projector. A quick email to Jared, and he immediately sent me some smaller mounting screws to make it work for my projector. His response time was incredible, and he didn't give me the run around. If I would have wanted to, I could have returned the product. I am glad I did not. Now I have a great mount for a great price. I had previously ordered some 35ft and 50ft cables which arrived within a week, and I receive the tracking number the same way. Jared really understands his customers and knows how to run a business! I have a friend that installed a home theater and spent close to $150 on a mount and over $200 on cables. I ordered this projector mount, a composite cable and HDMI cable from See The Big Picture for less than $100 including the shipping. This is a very good product at a great price! "Universal Projector Mount For Ceiling"
The projector mount came with everything needed to mount my Viewsonic PJ506D. The installation of the mount was very easy and looks very nice. Took me a couple of hours, because I am not a carpenter. The most difficult part was adding a 2x4 between the studs in the ceiling to attach it to, but this is necessary for anything mounted to drywall.
Helpfully hint, you will want "wall plates" to put cables through the ceiling and walls.
All in all I am very pleased.

Received this mount from Jared in 2 days via UPS Ground, and I love it! It's sturdy enough to hold the Sanyo 2700 firmly, and the extension arm is great as well. I did have to get another piece to make the Sanyo fit, but that's only b/c Sanyo placed one of the mounting screws so far over, but that's nothing to do with the quality of this projector mount. Great mount, and an even greater deal on both price and the INCREDIBLE customer service that Jared provides to you! You literally couldn't ask for more when ordering from him!
