Our Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING - At see the big picture, we understand wanting to complete and finish your dedicated home theater or business with a mounted projector. That's why we ship 99% of our orders the same day! You will receive your mount, hardware, and directions in 2-3 days. We do however, have to follow the hours of our preferred shipper, the United States Postal Service. (Exclusions include holidays, sundays, weekdays after 4:40 pm Eastern Standard Time and after 1:00 pm on Saturdays.) Overnight shipping is available for a $19.95 surcharge.

RETURNS - If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a complete refund within 30 days.  All returns must be authorized by www.seethebigpicture.net within 21 days of the invoice date. Within twenty-one (21) days of purchase, we will replace or repair, at our sole discretion, any product that is deemed
defective. After 21days, the manufacturer's warranty process must be followed.
Please Note: Due to restrictions placed upon us by the manufacturers, computers and parts are returnable in the first 21 days for repair only. There's NO RESTOCKING FEE applied to any return item(s). However, S&H cost is not refundable.
